Dead bodies of BRP activist Ijaz (Ejaz) Baloch & family members of Shama Bugti recovered.

July 19, 2013 BRP PRESS RELEASE by Sher Mohammad Bugti:

Dead bodies of BRP activist Ijaz Baloch & family members of Shama Bugti recovered. Strikes announced against custodial killings.

The Baloch genocide by Pakistani state forces continues ceaselessly in the Holy month of Ramzan. Pakistani forces have extra-judicially murdered three Baloch men and dumped their bullet-riddled dead bodies in Dera Bugti and Punjgur. The state forces attacked the house of Baloch Republican Party central committee member Shama Bugti in Sui three days ago and abducted his aged father Hamal Bugti and brother Wahid Bugti. Today, the dead body of 82 years old Hamal Bugti and 21 years old Wahid Bugti have been recovered from “Aasreli” area of Sui. The dead bodies bore multiple bullet wounds and signs of inhuman torture.

Th dead body of another BRP activist Ijaz (Ejaz) Baloch, the son of Ghulam Jan, was found in Karachi last night. He was abducted by the personnel of Pakistani armed forces and intelligence agencies from the Pasni area of Balochistan on January 24 while he was on his way to Karachi from Punjgur. His tortured dead body was found from Mangopir area of Karachi last night. Body organs of BRP activist were removed from his dead body before it was dumped.

Baloch Republican Party announces shutter-down strike in Dera Bugti and Punjgur towns tomorrow (July 20, 2013) against the killings of the family members of BRP CC member Shama Bugti and BRP Punjgor activist Ijaz Baloch. The state forces have intensified the crackdown against Baloch political activists particularly Baloch Republican Party after its successful council session in Karachi.

The so-called Islamic Republic of Pakistan claims to be a Muslim country but continues its barbaric genocide of Baloch people in this holy month of Ramzan. Baloch civilians are abducted by Pakistani forces while they are fasting and their dead bodies are found on every next day. Enforced disappearances and extra-judicially murders of Baloch youth and activists have been intensified to add more to the sufferings of Baloch people as the Muslim Holy festival of Eid approaches.

BRP appeals to the international community to end their silence on continuous systematic genocide of Baloch nation by the Pakistani state and its armed forces in Balochistan, and step forward to play their role to stop Human Rights abuses and war crimes committed against the Baloch people by Pakistani forces.
